How accurate are the macro estimates?
Very accurate for common foods and named restaurant items. For home-cooked meals, expect within 10-15% on calories. Your coach is upfront about being an estimator — you can correct anything by just texting back "that should be 350, not 280" and it'll fix it instantly.
What happens if the coach logs my meal wrong?
Just tell it. "That should be 350 cal" or "I didn't actually eat that" — the coach thanks you, fixes it, moves on. No menus, no editing screens. You stay in the conversation.
Does this work on iPhone and Android?
Yes — coach via native SMS on any phone, or via Telegram (iOS, Android, and web) if you prefer. The web dashboard works on any browser.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Gone. When you delete your account from the settings page, we permanently delete all your meals, logs, coaching history, and profile. No 30-day limbo, no data retention for 'research purposes.' It's your data.
How does the free trial work?

No password. Either way, clicking the link logs you in. You stay signed in on that browser for a week.
